Workshops & Training

Stop Waiting for Crisis. Start Building Awareness Before It's Needed.

Mental health awareness doesn't happen automatically it needs to be actively built, especially in spaces where young people are growing, professionals are operating under pressure, and communities are navigating change. A well-designed workshop doesn't just inform. It shifts perspectives, opens conversations that have been quietly needed for a long time, and gives people tools they carry long after the session ends.

MyPsychCure's Workshops & Training programmes are interactive, evidence-based, and built for genuine impact not just awareness numbers on a report. We bring clinical expertise into schools, colleges, and organisations with sessions that are engaging, real, and consistently described by participants as the most useful mental health education they've ever received.

Practical Tools, Not Just Theory

The Real Problem Is the Absence of Honest Conversation.

Most organisations and institutions that invest in mental health awareness struggle to create lasting impact. Three structural gaps explain why most mental health education doesn't stick:

Information Without Emotional Safety

Most mental health content is delivered in environments where people don't feel safe enough to engage honestly. When participants are performing engagement rather than genuinely experiencing it, very little changes. Creating genuine psychological safety within the workshop itself is what separates our sessions from most others.

Generic Content That Doesn't Land

A workshop on "stress management" that could have been delivered to any audience in any context rarely resonates. Participants sense when content isn't really designed for them and disengage accordingly. Relevance is the most important ingredient in effective mental health education.

No Bridge to Actual Support

Most awareness programmes end without a clear pathway to individual help leaving participants who were moved or triggered by the content without anywhere to go. Every MyPsychCure workshop includes a clear, accessible, stigma-free pathway to further support for anyone who wants it.

How Our Workshops Actually Work.

These are not lectures. They're structured, facilitated experiences that use real dialogue, practical exercises, and genuine clinical knowledge to create change.

Facilitated Group Dialogue

Our facilitators are trained to create environments where difficult topics feel accessible rather than threatening. Participants engage actively through discussion, reflection, and structured activities rather than passively receiving information. That active engagement is what makes the learning stick.

Practical Skills Integration

Every workshop includes concrete, immediately applicable tools techniques for managing anxiety, frameworks for supporting a colleague who's struggling, communication strategies for difficult conversations. Participants leave with something in their hands, not just something in their heads.

Who This Is For & How We Work.

Our workshops are designed for three primary audiences — each with specific topics and delivery styles tailored to their context.

Schools

Students, teachers, and parents. Topics include emotional literacy, stress management for students, recognising mental health concerns in young people, and building a mentally healthy school culture.

Colleges & Universities

Students navigating academic pressure, identity, relationships, and the transition to adulthood. Topics include anxiety management, healthy relationships, social media and mental wellbeing, and career-related stress.

Corporates & Organisations

Employees and leaders navigating workplace stress, burnout, communication challenges, and change. Topics include emotional resilience, preventing burnout, mindfulness at work, and mental health first aid for managers.

Our Approach
01

Understanding Your Audience

We begin with a conversation about who will be in the room, what they're navigating, and what you want them to leave with. This shapes everything.

02

Building the Session

We design the content, structure, and activities around your specific audience and objectives not a generic template with your logo on it.

03

Facilitation with Clinical Depth

Our qualified mental health professionals facilitate every session bringing both clinical knowledge and genuine human warmth to every room.

04

Pathway to Further Support

Every session ends with a clear, accessible pathway for participants who want individual support removing the final barrier between need and help.

What to Expect.

Interactive experiences that create lasting impact and clear pathways to individual support.

High Participant Engagement

People show up and actually stay present because the content speaks directly to their real experience, and the facilitator creates safety for honest participation.

Reduced Stigma Within the Group

The shared experience of a well-facilitated mental health workshop consistently shifts the culture of the group making mental health a more openly discussed, less stigmatised topic going forward.

Practical Tools People Actually Use

Not abstract concepts or generic advice real techniques that participants apply in their lives immediately after the session. This is what creates lasting behaviour change.

A Starting Point, Not an Ending

For some participants, the workshop is the first time they've ever engaged honestly with their own mental health. We treat that as a beginning and make sure the next step is always clear and accessible.

Important to Know

Our workshops are educational and preventative they are not a substitute for individual therapy. For participants who present with or disclose significant distress during or after a session, our facilitators are trained to respond appropriately and ensure those individuals are connected with the right level of support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about bringing our workshops to your institution.

How long are the workshops?

Workshop durations range from 90-minute introductory sessions to full-day or multi-day programmes. We'll recommend the appropriate duration based on your goals, your audience, and the depth of content required.

Can the content be customised for our specific audience?

Absolutely in fact, we insist on it. A workshop for secondary school students looks and sounds completely different from a leadership training for a corporate organisation. We design every session from scratch around the people in the room.

How many participants can attend?

Our workshops are designed for groups of 15 to 100+ participants, depending on the format. For very large groups, we can structure sessions accordingly or run multiple smaller batches for deeper engagement.

Can workshops be conducted online?

Yes all our workshops are available in both in-person and online formats. Online delivery is particularly effective for organisations with distributed teams or multi-campus institutions.

What happens if participants want individual support after the workshop?

We build this in deliberately. Every session includes clear information about how to access individual counselling through MyPsychCure, and we can set up a confidential referral pathway with your institution so that the bridge between awareness and support is always easy to cross.

Ready to Start the Conversation?

One workshop can change how an entire school, team, or organisation thinks about mental health. Let's build that experience together.
